Karim Wael: it possible to make the contact collection compulsory so that people can progress without completing the collection form. Furthermore, would it be possible to send me an email whenever the lead enters contact information.

Karim Wael: Great to have this option, but for me the contact details collection should be a bit smarter. Not just thrown after an answer.
The bot should be able to ask for that information. And then the user just shares it via chat and then that information is saved. 
I think "function calling" would be perfect for that.

I looked at the existing Zapier integration, and currently there is not trigger available when customer information is captured, I would like my vote for this as a critical feature, so we can connect the bot to Active Campaign, Mailchimp and other platforms when a customer leaves their email address during chat session.

When implementing the integration, please be sure to break into 2 triggers and actions. 
Step 1 - once chat start: send phone, email and name. 
Step 2 - once the chat ended: send phone, email, name and chat history.
Again, Pabbly Connect and Webhook are most appreciated

Glad this is in process... passing the user "profile" and "Chat History" to other systems (CRM's) is a primary need - can utilize API, Webhooks, Intergratly, make.com (all preferable to Zapier)

Must have feature. Please prioritise it. Ideally, we’d like to capture name, phone and email before the chat start. Once the information is captured, please pass the contact details and chat history to an email or CRM. Therefore, it’s important to have integration with Pabbly Connect. In my option, Pabbly Connect integration is a must if you want ChatBase to become a part of ecosystem instead of a standalone app.
