I imagine you guys must have something similar planned, but I really need to make use of the WHATSAPP integration.

The Take Over was GREAT on Facebook and Instagram. I need exactly the same option for WHATSAPP, since I have an inbox connected via API where I can take part in the conversation once the bot is stopped.

I imagine that later on you will implement a more appropriate solution, but if you could speed up the TAKE OVER button for WHATSAPP, I would really appreciate it.

I would also like to suggest: TAKE OVER KEYWORD

(Refers to a keyword by the agent, which when detected would trigger the TAKE OVER, saving time)
