Instead of limiting character per chatbot, could it be configured as a global limit at the PLAN/ACCOUNT level?
For instance, Tier 2 account will have a total of 6million x 40 character limit to train a single chatbot or as many as possible limited to the maximum. So I can choose to allocate 6 million characters for one chatbot, and the remaining characters (6 million x 39) for another, thereby limiting the total chatbots on this account to 2 instead of 40?
THIS APPROACH WILL NOT INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CHATBASE AND WOULD GIVE US MORE FLEXIBILITY TO USE OUR CHARACTER LIMITS.
