Use case 1 - when some one initiated a chat, collect name, phone, and email. Sent an email to an email address via Pabbly Connect
Use case 2 - when someone ended the conversation, send name, phone, email and chat history to an email address via Pabbly Connect
Use case 3 - once Pabbly Connect to pass information - name, phone, email and chat history, to an CRM.
