I am disappointed to see so many Ads for other Solutions like GPT Trainer or PingParrot, but I looked at them, and they are too expensive or lack some important features and support compared to Chatbase (as Chatbase has not everything what Tidio offer, but again Tidio is much more expensive).
Also, the Development of Live Chat is complex, as it has to work not only for the the Website Bubble but also for each Channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) and the Business Logic interact with the AI Integration and API. So I am not surprised that when it is in the "progress" state, it needs a while.
(Hint: To Support Live Chat, it need the Option to provide the API/Webhook a Channel. So that the Live Chat can seperate between Bubble, Whatsapp on the one side and Facebook, Telegram and other Channels coming in through Zapier or make.com.
Of course, some overall update and feedback would be nice, as https://www.chatbase.co/changelog showed progress, but the last update is 6 weeks old.

I actually heard about Chatbase first on AppSumo. I was excited about it at first but so many promised features just never came. Then I switched to Retune. That's been abandoned too. Then I tried stammer, but it's way to expensive. I just want to sell chatbots as a side gig!
I found GPT-trainer on a YouTube video a few months ago. Their team is really responsive and I became a commercial partner right away. They let you whitelabel their entire platform for free. You pay 15% commission for any sale of your own self-designed subscriptions.

I'm still setting up my own. They are really on a completely different level. They roll out updates every week. You should really join their Discord to see how great their team is. I ask questions from time to time and they always get back pretty much immediately.
If you just want to build chatbots and use them yourself, it's really not expensive. Their "small business" plan is $49 a month (given out through commercial partners like myself), and their highest plan is $299 / mo, Chatbase costs $399 / mo. in the highest plan and have not even half the features of GPT-trainer. I don't see where you're getting your numbers from.
Chatbase's last update is about GDPR compliance, and GPT-trainer is already way past that. They are SOC II and ISO certified. Those cover the white-label versions too.

I think the same, Live Chat (even as Paid Add-On) would help with WhatsApp and Facebook, as otherwise the AI become confuse. We respond via WhatsApp and Facebook (via make.com), the Customer respond to us and the AI interfere now with us.
