To comply with GDPR and our privacy policy, which requires us to delete personal data upon request or after a period of 2 years (such as ID numbers, names, dates of birth, etc.), we need the option to delete it from the "Activity" section.

This is absolutely essential - your product is basically illegal in the EU/UK without some form of auto-delete of chat logs.

Guys you need to progress on this. It can be just a cron job that deletes automatically conversations after 6 months. Something!

When is this going to be implemented, it has been years? When you see other companies implement GDPR in matter of few months. At least, communicate with your customers on this subject
