I run into the same problem, that I want some dynamic information included. In my case Special Open Hours on Public Holidays - what require, that the Chatbot now what Today is and retrieve Information (instead of Google Sheet, I use the Make.com Data Storage). And out of fun I added that every 4 hours Chatbase Bot is informed the Weather. Also I created a second scenario use the same Information to generate a HTML Table and integrate it on my Webpage, so that I can manage this Information in one place.

I use make.com (as cheaper than Zapier) for it. The Scenario looks like the Image. Was a little work but now multiple times a day Information are updated in chatbase through the Chatbase API. With make.com would it be no problem to get the Information from other Sources like Google Sheets.

We hope to improve the accuracy of responses regarding tabular data sources.

Currently, there seems to be an inability to provide answers based on multiple cells.

If coding to Google Sheets takes too much time, allowing importing of CSV files would be extremely valuable as well.

Importing data from a CSV is simple. Therefore, it might be a fast solution to this problem until you can add Google Sheets and Excel compatibility later.
