I must express my disappointment with the current state of this integration. It's frustrating to find that this feature doesn't work at all. Moreover, the guide is riddled with errors, such as outdated screens and missing information.
I hope these issues can be addressed promptly so that this integration can become a valuable asset.

First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude for the hard work you and your team are putting in.
However, despite meticulously following the guide "Integrating Chatbase with WhatsApp", it's not working as expected. Specifically, when I send a message to the chatbot number on WhatsApp, it doesn't respond.
My App is activated and has received approval from Facebook. Additionally, my WhatsApp number is online and maintains a solid reputation. I would deeply appreciate any assistance or further guidance on this matter.

Ramon Lepage Murillo: No, 13 days after submitting my ticket I got a message from them saying that they are working on resolving the issues they are having with the WhatsApp integration.

Alexander chaves: It's not the number. I thought the same initially as well but Chatbase is currently having issues with the integration so just sit tight. They will notify us when it's completed.

Fertility Haven: New documentation has been published, but there are still missing parts. Meta is not communicating with chatbase. I had the chatbase system examined by a Meta-approved agency and they said that the chatbase system was faulty.
