Bulk upload Q&A

Currently the Q&A training requires manual input one at a time. Many helpdesk software and customer relationship management software will export these as CSV files. It would be nice to be able to upload the file specifically for Q&As/FAQs rather than PDFs in the normal file uploads. Thanks!

Perhaps we could have an interface for Q&A that is more like a spreadsheet, and also allows CSV upload — as well as CSV download for backup and for offline rewriting and management review.
