Hello! Definitely, it would empower our clients with greater control and flexibility, potentially reducing administrative overhead on our end.
I believe that it would be a greatly benefit both my team and other Chatbase users. As we add more clients/chatbots to my license, we've recognized a need to offer a degree of autonomy to their chatbots. Specifically, allowing access to the full leads list via the "Dashboard" and, even more importantly, the "Revise answer" option, so they could train the chatbot by themselves.
I understand that introducing new features requires time and resources, and I genuinely appreciate the hard work your team invests. If such a feature aligns with your roadmap, it would indeed be a valuable addition for us.

This is key to selling the chatbot, if customers can't access there own chat bot backend, see the interaction, see the contact details that have been left, we, the purchaser basically has to do that task, everyday, you've bought yourself a job fo life, and one that not well paid, super admins aren't that hard to build and it would make selling a licence so much nicer, knowig you just need to train the bot once, train the client and sit back and chill.
